1. Call to Order: 5:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon, Wayne Steinke. Members Absent: Bob Jenkins. Also Present: Trustee Dane Zook. 3. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Zook) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Discuss Development of Municipal Strategy for Managing the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), Including Planting Replacement Trees: Discussed plan to remove any deceased trees first. Thin out the remaining ash trees by removing every second tree, while replacing with a variety of new shade trees. 5. Discuss Program for Memorial Donations for Replacement of Trees: Create a program by spring 2018, and advertise the opportunity for persons to make memorial donations. 6. Discuss United Way's Request to Construct Born Learning Trail:  MOTION (Steinke/Mattoon) to deny the request, feeling the park is too small. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Discuss United Way's Request to Construct a Little Free Library:  MOTION (Steinke/Mattoon) to deny the request, and to solicit help as a school project to build the Village's own. PASSED, without negative vote. 8. Discuss Potholes in Keller Park Parking Lot: Tabled, with intention to talk with the Fall Creek Lions Club. 9. Discuss Possibility of Requesting Students Use Service Hours to Maintain Keller Park Trail: Mattoon reported High School Principal Brad Ceranski is working with students to create a map of the current trails. 10. Discuss Creation of Linking Trail from Keller Park to Crystal Creek: Mattoon reported he has not been able to secure permission from landowner's to build a linking trail.  MOTION (Mattoon/Steinke) to continue to pursue the prospect of a bike trail, including creation and maintenance thereof. 11. Discuss Research for Playground Grants: MOTION (Mattoon/Steinke) directing the Parks Chairperson to research possibilities for park grants. PASSED, without negative vote. 12.
