1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Village Trustees Tina Jacobson, Matt Mattoon, Karen Strasburg, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Village President Chester Goodman, Trustee Bob Jenkins and Wayne Steinke. Also Present: 5 citizens. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Mattoon/Strasburg) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Listen to Citizen Input Re: Matters Which the Village Board May Later Act On: Comments from the Listening Session: Richard Ziemann: - review United Way BORN Learning Program - stay active with League of WI Municipalities for research and guidance, annual meeting in Appleton for samples of other city ordinances check with League - review payment structure for Village rental property (hall, pavilions, etc) - review payment exceptions for local civic groups - review how employees and board act in the best interest of citizens Robert Jackson: - sidewalk upkeep for people walking (cracks, bumps, weeds, tree limbs) Milt Kuehn: - reported on many Lions Club projects that have helped the Village Curt Van Auken: - use modern technology to post online request forms for goods, services, suggestions - utilize better forms to post meetings and agendas All questions were answered and assurance given that all issues would be reviewed as new information becomes available. The Village Board and Village Staff were also thanked for their efforts. 7. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jacobson/Strasburg) @ 8:30 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
