1. Call to Order: 6:15 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Chester Goodman, Trustees Tina Jacobson, Matt Mattoon, Karen Strasburg, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Trustee Bob Jenkins and Wayne Steinke. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Strasburg/Mattoon) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider New Wells Project, Including But Not Limited to, Land Purchase and Setting Bid Date:  MOTION (Zook/Mattoon) to exercise the option to purchase land (the west ½ lot of CSM 1587 in the Village of Fall Creek) from Thomas and Susan Dahl for Well #3 & #4. PASSED, roll call vote: Jacobson-yes, Mattoon-yes, Strasburg-yes, Zook-yes, Goodman- yes.  MOTION (Strasburg/Jacobson) setting the bid date for well drilling for Well #3 & #4 as October 24 at 2:00 p.m. and setting a Board meeting for award of bid on the same date at 6:30 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) to conduct a Hazard Material Inspection of Wellhouse #2 in preparation of possible demolition. PASSED, roll call vote: Mattoon-no, Strasburg-yes, Zook-yes, Goodman-yes, Jacobson-yes. 7. Adjourn:  MOTION (Zook/Jacobson) @ 6:25 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
