1. Call to Order: 10:00 a.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave. , Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairperson Karen Strasburg, Bob Jenkins, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Jenkins/Zook) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Improvement Projects for the Village, Including But Not Limited To, Directional Signage for Park & School: The committee moved to the corner of Lincoln Avenue and State Street to discuss installing an 18"x24" horizontal directional sign for Keller Park. The first option would be located by Unity Bank. The second option would be to extend the CTH KK road sign by placing it above. The third option would be located on top of the stop sign. The committee talked about the directional sign for the school to be located at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Wisconsin Street. The first option would be located by the cross walk sign, the second option would be located by the stop sign. The location of the sign post will be determined at a later date. Dane Zook will research what is allowed and how much it will cost. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jenkins/Zook) @ 10:20 a.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
