1. Call to Order: 5:45 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Bob Jenkins, Tina Jacobson, Matt Mattoon. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Police Chief Chad Dachel. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: Agendas were posted in the Village and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Jacobson/Mattoon) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Ordinances re: Group Homes and Senior Living:  MOTION (Mattoon/Jacobson) to authorize the Village Attorney to draw up an ordinance limiting the distance between group homes to 1,000 feet and 1% of the Village population, and to require off-street parking of 1 space per 3 residents. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jacobson/Mattoon) 6:18 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
