. 1. Call to Order: 5:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon and Trustee Bob Jenkins. Members Absent: Wayne Steinke. Also Present: Brad Ceranski, Don Burghardt, Terry Wright, Mike Johnson. 3. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Jenkins/Mattoon) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Consider Summer Rec Program: Committee discussed the 2018 Summer Rec program.  MOTION (Jenkins/Mattoon) to recommend that the Village Board appoint Brad Ceranski, Don Burghardt, Terry Wright, and Mike Johnson as a Youth Baseball/Softball Group to fulfill the role of Summer Rec Coordinator for the 2018 season. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jenkins/Mattoon) @ 6:23 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
