1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Jeff Ballentine, Helen Hartmann, Curt Strasburg, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Chairman Chester Goodman. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: William Boettcher, Village Trustee Wayne Steinke.  MOTION (Van Auken/Strasburg) nominating Dane Zook to chair the meeting in Chester Goodman's absence. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Strasburg/Hartmann) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider Sign & Building Permit in Downtown Business District @ 125 E Lincoln Avenue: William Boettcher told the Plan Commission that he and his wife Amy are relocating her business in Fall Creek and are opening January 25th. They obtained the downtown district guidelines for exterior renovations and have installed a new door and transom window. They also have plans to replace some windows this summer. Acting Chairman Dane Zook noted that the sign and building permit was reviewed and approved by the Zoning Administrator and the Village Architect. All requirements have been met.  MOTION (Strasburg/Van Auken) to approve the sign and building permit for 125 E Lincoln Avenue. PASSED, without negative vote. 7.
