1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon, Trustees Bob Jenkins and Wayne Steinke. Members Absent: None. 3. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Jenkins) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Consider Policy & Procedures for Tree Replacement in Keller Park: Committee discussed and recommended the following: - will choose replacement trees from list provided but can deviate in special instances - exact location of replacement trees will be left to Public Works Director’s discretion - prefer greater population of trees than just replacing those that will be removed - may purchase trees from more than one nursery - Public Works Department can rent backhoe or auger to aid in planting trees - will consider water bag, corrugated pipes, and mulch as need arises - will allow an evergreen tree to be planted in Memorial Park for Christmas lighting as requested by Fall Creek Lions Club. Lions Club can choose the specific type of tree. 5. Adjourn:  MOTION (Steinke/Jenkins) @ 6:55 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
