1. Call to Order: 2:10 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Karen Strasburg, Trustee Dane Zook. Members Absent: Bob Jenkins. Also Present: Richard Ziemann, Julia Richard. 3. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Review Options for Purchase of Winter Decorations for Street Light Poles: Since our street decorations can no longer be used due to age and disrepair, options were discussed to replace them.  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) to recommend purchasing 14 various style 6-foot high snowflake decorations with LED lights from Display Sales of Bloomington, MN at a cost of $5,556.00. PASSED, without negative vote. The Fall Creek Area Foundation and other organizations will continue to raise funds for this project. Public Works Director Kaatz will bring a cost estimate for a timer to the village board meeting. 5. Adjourn:  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) @ 3:00 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
