1. Call to Order: 10:30 a.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Karen Strasburg, Trustee Dane Zook. Members Absent: Bob Jenkins. Staff Present: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz, Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 3. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Consider Possibility of Relocating the Warning Siren Currently on Wellhouse #2: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz reported something will need to be done with the warning siren located on Well #2, as the wellhouse will be demolished as part of the Well #3/4 project. Also the current siren is 40+ years old and repair parts are difficult to find. He reviewed options with the committee.  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) to recommend to the Village Board to buy a 508 rotating warning siren from Federal Warning Systems and to have Emergency Communication System install it at the village hall. The total cost of equipment and installation shall not exceed $19,000. Because the need is a direct result of Wellhouse #2 being demolished, the committee further recommends the Village Board request this expense to be added to the Well #3/4 project.
