1. Call to Order: 5:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Marv Schmit, Lee Henricks, Val Beranek, Gwen Hoekstra. Members Absent: Dale Reetz, John Kuehn. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: Chester Lisa Goodman. 3. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Beranek/Henricks) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Consider Variance of Chester Goodman (328 W Washington Ave): Because there were only 3 members present at the meeting held on March 22nd, the Zoning Board of Appeals met again to act on the variance request of Chester Goodman. The proposed 30x44 foot detached accessory building to be constructed on the east side of his property exceeds the allowed area of 75% of the largest floor of the principal building,  MOTION (Beranek/Henricks) to approve the variance request of Chester Goodman (328 W Washington Ave). PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Adjourn  MOTION (Beranek/Hoekstra) @ 5:02 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
