1. Call to Order: 9:00 a.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Karen Strasburg, Trustees Bob Jenkins, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Also Present: Village President Chester Goodman. Staff Present: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz, Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 3. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Zook/Jenkins) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Consider Options for Village Hall Roof Repair or Replacement: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz reviewed in detail the three options 1) whole new roof, 2) overlay of roof, and 3) EPDM restoration; listing the benefits, warranties, and outlining bids from five companies.  MOTION (Jenkins/Zook) to recommend the Village Board proceed with Option #2, hiring the low bidder Eau Claire Roofing at a cost of $22,985 with possible additional costs of $75/hr plus materials for any replacement of deteriorated roof decking and/or insulation. Also to purchase the extended warranty and additional insulation. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jenkins/Zook) @ 9:35 a.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
