1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon, Trustees Joyce Aldrich and Bob Jenkins. Members Absent: None. Also Present: Trustees Karen Strasburg and Dane Zook, and Steve Szydel. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Jenkins/Aldrich) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Use of Keller Park for Summertime Concerts: Steve Szydel explained that he has hosted such events in Altoona and Chippewa Falls, and would like to see how it goes at Keller Park. Discussed a "Picnic in the Park" type event and possibly coordinating efforts with the Lions Club.  MOTION (Jenkins/Aldrich) recommending approval of a "Music In The Park" event hosted by Steven and Doris Szydel, and waiving the pavilion fee. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jenkins/Aldrich) @ 6:50 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
