1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Tina Jacobson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Village President Chester Goodman. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Also Present: Joe Lonsdale, Brian Christ, & Brian Westrate. In the absence of the Village President, the first order of business was to select a chairperson for the meeting.  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) nominating Tina Jacobson. PASSED, without negative vote. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Work on 2019 Proposed Budget: The committee worked on the proposed budget, with representatives from commercial insurance companies presenting on their products.  MOTION (Zook/Jacobson) with the knowledge gained, to continue getting commercial insurance from the League of Wisconsin Mutual Insurance Company through Spectrum Insurance, and to do any measures possible to get the lowest rates. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) @ 8:18 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
