1. Call to Order: 6:15 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Jeff Ballentine, Helen Hartmann, Curt Strasburg, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Also Present: 2 citizens. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Hartmann/Zook) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider Building Permit in Downtown Business District @ 234 E Lincoln Avenue: Jordan Yule presented his plan for a large addition onto his existing body shop building. The addition will be located 30 feet from the sidewalk and 6 feet from the lot line to the west, and complies with commercially-zoned Village code requirements. The permit was reviewed by Wayne Dau, Village Architect, who recommended approval.  MOTION (Zook/Van Auken) to recommend approving the design for a building permit in the downtown business district @ 234 E Lincoln Avenue. PASSED, roll call vote: Goodman-yes, Hartmann-yes, Strasburg-yes, Van Auken-yes, Williamson-yes, Zook-yes, Ballentine-yes. 7.
