1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Dane Zook, Trustees Matt Mattoon, Karen Strasburg, President Chester Goodman. Also Present: 5 citizens. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Mattoon/Strasburg) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Listen to Citizen Input Re: Matters Which the Village Board May Later Act On: Open discussion included several requests for no change to winter street parking rules, several ideas on better informing the public on upcoming decisions and future plans for the Village. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Mattoon/Strasburg) @ 8:30 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
