1. Call to Order: 6:45 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Chester Goodman, Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Trustee Tina Jacobson. Village Board Members Also Present: Trustee Matt Mattoon. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Personnel Issues: Personnel Policy and New Employee Contract: The Village Attorney’s recommendations were reviewed as pertaining to the personnel policy & Employment Agreement for police officers.  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) to recommend the Village Board adopt both documents as discussed and recommended by the Village Attorney. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) @ 8:05 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
