Budget Hearing & Special Electors Meeting — Minutes

NOVEMBER 17, 2025 SPECIAL TOWN MEETING MINUTES A special town meeting of the electors of the Town of Pleasant Valley called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1) (c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board of the Town of Pleasant Valley was held on Monday, November 17, 2025, at the Town Hall in Cleghorn. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Doug Nelson immediately after the public budget hearing, which adjourned at 7:15 p.m. The chairman presented the agenda of the meeting as follows: 1) Approve Resolution 25-16-13 for Electors to Adopt the 2025 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2026 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1) (a) of Wis. Statutes. On a motion by Scot Iverson, seconded by Megan Bechel, to adopt Resolution 25-16-13 RESOLUTION for ELECTORS to ADOPT the TOWN TAX LEVY for 2025 collected in 2026 in the maximum amount of $1,178,827. The chairman announced the ayes carry 5-0, and the motion is adopted.
