TOWN OF PLEASANT VALLEY TOWN ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES UN-APPROVED 2025 APRIL 15, 2025 The 2025 Town of Pleasant Valley Annual Meeting was called to order by Dan Hanson on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall located in Cleghorn. Dan Hanson called to honor the flag with the Pledge of Allegiance. Attendance of Town officials included: Outgoing Chairman Dan Hanson, Incoming Chairman Doug Nelson, Supervisor Scot Iverson, and Supervisor Megan Bechel. Staff in attendance: appointed Clerk/Treasurer Jennifer Meyer. Other residents in attendance: 11 residents on the sign-in sheet. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENTS: Dan Hanson -Dan introduced the new board and briefly reviewed the meeting. PROCEDURES The clerk disbursed the April 6, 2024, Town Annual Meeting minutes for all to read. Motion by Dale Welke, seconded by Gayla Hanson, to approve the minutes as printed. The chair called for a voice vote and announced that the motion carried. Ayes 11 Nays 0 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT The clerk distributed and reviewed the 2024 Annual Financial Report for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Motion by Dale Welke, seconded by Alisha Staads, to approve the report as presented. The chair called for a voice vote and announced that the motion was carried. Ayes 11 Nays 0 OTHER REPORTS / Chairman Doug Nelson and Dan Hanson - Doug and Dan shared the upcoming road projects for 2025. OLD BUSINESS - None NEW BUSINESS – None ANNOUNCEMENTS The Board of Review for 2025 will be on May 12, 2025, from 4 pm-6 pm. 2026 ANNUAL MEETING DATE Motion by Dan Green, seconded by Gayla Hanson, to set the date for the 2026 Annual Meeting per Wis. Statute 60.11 (2) for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, being the third Tuesday of April, at the Town Hall in Cleghorn at 7:00 p.m. The chair called for a voice vote and announced that the motion carried.
