TOWN OF PLEASANT V ALLEY February 10, 2024 TOWN BOARD MEETING – 2025 Road Construction Meeting CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Dan Hanson called a Town Board Meeting of the Town of Pleasant Valley to order on Monday, February 10, 2025, in the Pleasant Valley Town Hall in Cleghorn at 6:00 p.m. TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT Board members present: Chairman Dan Hanson, Supervisor Doug Nelson and Supervisor Scot Iverson. Staff members present: Jen Meyer, Clerk/Treasurer, Kelsey Ebert Dep. Clerk/Treasurer and Hwy Foreman, Wyatt Wathke. CONFIRMATION OF PROPER POSTING Clerk/Treasurer Jen Meyer confirmed the meeting was properly posted more than 48 hours ahead of the meeting time on the Town webpage and the Town Hall posting board as required per state statute. 2025 ROAD PROJECTS Jen presented to the board the recent WISLR report of the roads ranked 1-5 in Pleasant Valley, the 2025 proposed road projects and a document titled "All Existing and Proposed Loans”. Wyatt and Jen will work with the Town of Washington on a joint bid for Balsam Rd. Other road projects will also be put out for bid. After the Balsam Rd bids are opened, the Town Board will review the road construction budget and determine if a loan will be obtained for Balsam Rd. ADJOURNMENT Motion (Hanson/Nelson) to move this meeting to adjourn at 6:30pm. Chairman Hanson announced the ayes carry 3-0 and the motion is adopted.
