COMPLAINTS OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Driveway Access There has been an inquiry from a resident wanting a horseshoe driveway in Mertinke Landing. This is viewed as a second driveway access per town policies. This type of request is not addressed in our Driveway nor Subdivision ordinances. Wyatt has no concerns and mentions there are several properties in the town with two driveway accesses. A permit should still be issued so the property owner is aware of culvert and slope requirements. After discussion, this will continue to be allowed and no changes are required to the ordinances. Museum Doors and Painting The museum committee recently received a quote from a painter that was $26,000. Three exterior d oors also need to be replaced. Jeff and Wyatt will be replacing the doors utilizing capital outlay funds allocated for museum painting. Doug will talk to a person he knows who has a painting business. 2024 Budget Review The budget as of March 11, 2024, was presented and reviewed.
