Plan Commission Meeting — Minutes

Town of Pleasant Valley Plan Commission Meeting March 7, 2023 Attendees: Dan Hanson, Doug Nelson, Dan Green, Jen Meyer, Matt Michels, Plan Commission Attendees: Dan Hanson, Bill Pabich, Watford Seguin, John Norby, Chad Green, Darrell Christy The meeting was called to order by Dan Hanson at 11a.m. Documents regarding the request to vacate approximately 300ft of Tollefson Rd were reviewed. The request is from the landowner. Jen has been working with representatives of the landowner. The landowner will be responsible for creating a cul de sac at the new terminus. Motion Darrell Christy, 2nd Watford Seguin to approve Resolution No. 23-16-05 – Vacating a portion of Tollefson Rd. Said resolution is a recommendation from the plan commission to approve the vacation of said section of Tollefson Rd. Chairman called for a vote. Resolution passed 6-0 The Plan commission has been working on updating the Comprehensive Plan for over a year. Matt Michels reviewed the process and final documents. The final draft was previously sent to the Plan Commission for their review. An open house was held and a public hearing is scheduled for March 13, 2023. Motion Watford Seguin, 2nd Chad Green to approve Resolution No. 23-16-06 Re: Adoption Of The Recommended Comprehensive Plan As Prepared By The Town Of Pleasant Valley Plan Commission. Chairman called for a vote. Resolution passed 6-0 Adjourned 11:40am
