APPROVED MINUTES TOWN OF SEYMOUR PUBLIC HEARING Vol. 38 Page 29 A public hearing for the Seymour Town Board was held on November 10, 2025, at 6:30pm, at the Town Hall. Notice was posted at the Seymour Town Hall, Township Fire Dept. Station 1, Beaver Creek Reserve, and at www.townofseymour.org under “Agendas”. Board members present: Chair John Ailie and Supervisor Kerry Parker. Also present were Road Supervisor John Oxley, Clerk Treasurer Jean Eisold, Deputy Clerk Sarah Smith and 1 town resident. Chair Ailie called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. The proposed 2026 Budget was reviewed and discussed. Supervisor Parker motioned to approve the proposed 2026 Budget, seconded by Chair Ailie. Motion carried. Public Hearing adjourned at 6:35 pm. APPROVED MINUTES SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF SEYMOUR A Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Seymour was held on November 10, 2025, at the Town Hall. Notice was posted at the Seymour Town Hall, Township Fire Dept. Station 1, Beaver Creek Reserve, and at www.townofseymour.org under “Agendas”. Board members present: Chair John Ailie and Supervisor Kerry Parker. Also present were Road Supervisor John Oxley, Clerk Treasurer Jean Eisold, Deputy Clerk Sarah Smith and 1 town resident. Chair Ailie called the meeting to order at 6:38 pm. Supervisor Parker made a motion to approve levying the town tax in the amount of $418,551.00 and to adopt Resolution 2025-08, “Resolution of Seymour Town Electors to Adopt the Total Town Tax Levy at a Special Town Meeting of Town Electors.” Seconded by Chair Ailie.
