GENERAL COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC: Clerk Eisold noted that J. Christenson from the See-

Christenson provided an update on the status of the club and inquired whether ATV/UTV use on town roads
would still be permitted if the club were to disband. Supervisor Parker will reach out to the See-More ATV
Club to see if a representative can attend next month’s meeting for further discussion.

attached). Chair Ailie signed off on Audit with Johnson and Block.

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
A. 140TH AVENUE BRIDGE- Clerk Eisold noted C. Kline attended the July 14, 2025, meeting, which was
rescheduled due to lack of quorum. At that meeting, Mr. Kline inquired about the placement of property
markers, as he would like to reinstall his fence, and asked when tree removal would occur. Supervisor Parker
stated he would contact John Beckfield of CBS Squared regarding the property markers and tree removal.
Clerk Eisold also reported that the Town has received the final invoice and records from Jewel.
B. HERITAGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION/LEGACY ROAD- One resident attended the July 14, 2025,
meeting—which was later rescheduled due to lack of quorum—to inquire about when Legacy Road
would be adopted and what the process entails. Clerk Eisold and Road Supervisor Oxley will work
on drafting a resolution for road adoption to present at the next board meeting.
C. FAMILY PICNIC- The Board reviewed the current list of sponsors, confirming those who have
committed and identifying additional potential sponsors to contact. It was confirmed that balloon
animals and face painting are booked for the event. The Board would like to have postcards printed
and mailed within the next week. Prior Chair Janssen volunteered to assist with the mailing and
contacting sponsors.
D. DANE ZOOK- COUNTY ZONING- Chair Ailie recently spoke with Dane Zook regarding Eau
Claire County Zoning. Their goal is to have all Eau Claire County municipalities comply with the
county’s zoning regulations. Mr. Zook expressed a willingness to attend a future Town of Seymour
board meeting to further discuss this topic and answer questions the board may have.
E. RESOLUTION FOR LOCAL CONTROL OF COMMERCIAL WIND AND SOLAR
DEVELOPMENTS- Chair Ailie spoke with Dessy regarding the importance of preserving
agricultural land within the Town. The board has expressed strong interest in protecting agricultural
property and maintaining local control over commercial wind and solar developments in past
discussions. The board would like the Town Planning Commission to meet with an Eau Claire
County Planning and Development representative, to discuss Eau Claire County Zoning and
agricultural land preservation as it relates to these types of developments.
F. OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPLICATIONS- Supervisor Parker made a motion to approve renewal
and initial Operator licenses for all 10 submitted applications for the Fox Run and Brown Hut.
Motion seconded by Chair Ailie. Motion carried.

Permit for Harter’s Expert Disposal, LLC. Chair Ailie seconded the motion. Motion carried.
