Phil prepares a quarterly report to the Committee at an annual expense of $800 which is paid
from
this
fund
to
the
Eau
Claire
City/County
Health
Department.
The
committee
values
this
report;
however,
due
to
the
improved
reporting
currently
provided
by
GFL,
a
quarterly
report
may
not
be
as
necessary.
Joe
made
a
motion
and
seconded
by
Lane
to
reduce
the
frequency
of
the
Health
Department

a
more
timely
manner
since
the

has
been
occurring
electronically.

from
a
class
action
suit.
The
PFAS
levels
in
these

are
currently
below
the
level
set
by
DNR
standards.
If
PFAS
levels
in
the
wells
at
the

are
too
high,
GFL

join
the
class
action
suit
to
fund
