1 Special Town Board Meeting April 21, 2026 The meeting was called to order by Chair Jennifer Meyer. Flag Salute Truax Lane Bid Award: Thursday, April 16th bids were opened at the Town Hall. Two bids were received, one from Monarch Paving Company and one from Senn Blacktop. Monarch Paving will be awarded the bid. Chair Jennifer Meyer reported that the Town of Union did receive local road project. Project cost will be $121,369.28; this will be applied to roads cost. Town of Union also has an LRIP Grant for $35,000.00. This is budgeted for Truax Lane and Folsom. Total cost is $130,000.00 Chair Jennifer Meyer made a motion to approve Monarch Paving for Truax Lane to be paid with LRIP. Supervisor Megan Bischel seconded the motion. All voted yes, motion carries. Motion to Adjourn: Supervisor Mona Mathews made a motion to adjourn at 6:39pm. Supervisor Jeff Whyte seconded the motion.
