NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held before the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 8:30 AM to hear and consider the following request: Brian Kersten and Jeanette Black request a conditional use permit for a Major Home Occupation to operate a veterinary clinic service according to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.345, on a 19.75-acre property located at 363 230th St. in Sec 16., T28N., R16W. PT SW NW of Lot 1 of CSM 9/2595, Parcel # 008-1047-10-000, Town of Eau Galle.
