Transportation Committee Minutes October 2, 2026 8:30 AM Highway Facility - Baldwin 300 Oak Ridge Parkway, Baldwin, Wisconsin Call to Order Roll Call Approval of Minutes 1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - September 4, 2026 Minutes were accepted as presented. Public Comment Business 1. Financial Report for August 2026 Rob Krejci and Kathy Rineck reviewed the August Financial Report. 2. Highway Department Monthly Update County Road D bridge is scheduled for removal in December 2026. The project bidding will be let January 2027. The Railroad is scheduled to close the County Road T crossing for emergency repairs for one week. Staff plans to add a message board. We have completed paving and will begin shoulder maintenance on various roads throughout St. Croix County. Staff held a Public Information meeting regarding CTH A and County Road K. "STP" received a $1 million grant for the planned CTh CC project scheduled for 2030. 3. Review 2027 Routine Maintenance Agreement for STH Maintenance. Rob Krejci reviewed the 2027 routine maintenance, noting staff plans to meet with The Department of Transportation. Request for Future Agenda Items Announcements The West Central District Commissioner meeting will be at the Baldwin Facility on Monday, October 5, 2026.
