NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the St. Croix County Community Development Committee at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM to hear and consider the following requests: PJ of Hudson & Assoc INC requested a conditional use permit to operate a general store, a Major Home Occupation as required by St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.285 and 15.345, on a 22.787-acre property located at 2482 170th Ave. in Sec3/T30N/R16W, PT SE SE LOT 1, CSM 34-7699, Parcel# 010- 1008-90-000, Town of Emerald. And Richard Ohlfs requests a Conditional Use Permit to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.285.2 to operate an outdoor recreation facility, on a 40-acre parcel located at 1439 Hwy 65 in the NW ¼, SW ¼, Sec. 23 T30N R18W, Parcel # 026-1069-10-000, Town of Richmond.
