Weber Variance Request to Construct an Addition to a Non-conforming Principal Structure within the Ordinary High-Water Mark and Bluff Line Setbacks. Motion: Motion to table a decision until the September 24, 2026, Board of Adjustment meeting for further information from the agent/applicant.
