NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held before the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 8:30 AM to hear and consider the following requests: Joseph and Natalie Weber request a variance in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District, to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 17.I.2.d.1.g. to construct an addition to a non-conforming principal structure that is within the Ordinary High-Water Mark and bluff line setbacks, on a 0.8-acre property located at 1488 Twin Springs Road in part of GL 1, Sec 15 T30N R20W, Parcel # 032-2083-80-100, Town of Somerset. And Joseph and Natalie Weber request a variance in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District, to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 17.I.2.d.1.h. to exceed 1500 square feet total footprint of a non-conforming principle structure wholly or partially within the 200-foot Ordinary High-Water Mark setback area, on a 0.8-acre property located at 1488 Twin Springs Road in part of GL 1, Sec 15 T30N R20W, Parcel # 032-2083-80-100, Town of Somerset. And Joseph and Natalie Weber request a variance in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District, to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 17.I.3.b. to reconstruct an existing deck with a reduced overall footprint, on a 0.8-acre property located at 1488 Twin Springs Road in part of GL 1, Sec 15 T30N R20W, Parcel # 032-2083-80-100, Town of Somerset. And Joseph and Natalie Weber request a variance in the R-2 Residential Zoning District, to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.405.2.a.2. to construct a structure within the 50-foot road right-of-way setback area to expand a non- conforming principal structure, on a 0.8-acre property located at 1488 Twin Springs Road in part of GL 1, Sec 15 T30N R20W, Parcel # 032-2083-80-100, Town of Somerset.
