Minutes of Previous Meeting - April 13, 2026 Public Comment Business 1. Court Navigation Updates. Pretrial Supervisor HIlden provided updates on the court navigator position. 2. Testing Updates. JSS Director Galli provided updates to testing. 3. Domestic Violence Court Updates. Judge Waterman provided updates to the Domestic Violence court. 4. Discussion Surrounding Pretrial Conditions in a Stipulated Resolution. Pretrial Supervisor Hilden provided an example of a pretrial defendant owing money to Justice Support and the disposition being a stipulation/ordinance. 5. Discussion on Counsel at First Appearance Guide. Pretrial Supervisor Hilden discussed the importance of having cousel at first appearance.
