Minutes of Previous Meeting - March 5, 2026 Public Comment None Business 1. Updates on the Family Treatment Court and Coordinator Position Discussion was held regarding the Coordinator position within an independent department and transitioning the Child Welfare Social Worker role through JSS. Justice Services would be responsible for completing drug testing, staffing, court time, and client contact responsibilities. JSS and HHS would jointly share the employee and responsibilities associated with the role. Aubrey McAlear will be taking on this role. All parties agreed to proceed on a temporary basis through the end of the year. It was also noted that the grant contact information will need to be updated. Request for Future Agenda Items Jessica Dodge reported that SART is exploring the purchase of a new site. She is also taking on a new position at a Child Advocacy Center. Additionally, she is meeting with a state representative regarding SART’s role in overseeing Child Advocacy Centers throughout the State of Wisconsin and discussing future direction and planning.
