NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 8:30 AM to hear and consider the following request: Brent and Jennifer Wilber, requested a conditional use permit in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District, as required by St. Croix County Ordinance Section 17.36.F.3.a.3 (Stairways and Lifts) to remove and replace stairway for pedestrian access to the St. Croix River, on a 0.882-acre property located at 312 N. Cove Rd. in Sec13/T28N/R20W, St. Croix Cove Subdivision No. 2, LOT 31, Parcel# 040-1177-10-000, Town of Troy.
