Second, by Kelsey. Motion carried unanimously. 6.NewBusiness - Event Details: - Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025 - Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Location: Baseball Park - Activities: Bounce house, kids' games, bags tournament, live music, hot dog eating contest, food trucks - Bags Tournament Fee: $10 per person; 100% payout to winners - Flyers and social media: Flyers have been distributed to local businesses and posted on the Village Facebook page. A reminder will be posted days before the event - Volunteers: Lauren confirmed 1 community volunteer for setup, games supervision, and cleanup. - Vendors and Food Trucks: 2 Food trucks confirmed: Burrito King and Kona Ice 7.PublicComments None. 8.NextMeeting It will be set up at the next regular board meeting 9.Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Kelsey Wells.
