Village of Hammond, Special Board Meeting Wednesday, April 16, 2025 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall Call to order 7:30 p.m. Roll call: Kim Gee, here; Lauren Molby, here; John Drummond, here; Kelsey Wells, here; Billie Larkins, here. Others present: Linda Brown, Josh Bartley and Rob Larkins. (Plus those on the sign in sheet). Discussion/Action re: John Drummond resignation as Village Trustee: Motion made by Billie Larkins to accept John’s resignation as Village Trustee, Seconded by Lauren Molby. Roll call: All in Favor. Kim Gee administered Oath of Village President (4 Year Term) to John Drummond. Kim Gee administered Oath of Village Board Trustees (4 Year Term) to: Lauren Molby, Kelsey Wells, and Billie Larkins. Kim Gee administered Oath of Village Board Trustee (2 Year Unexpired Term) to: Linda Brown. Kim Gee administered Oath of Village Board Trustee to complete 2 Year Unexpired Term to: Josh Bartley. Kim Gee adminstered Oath of Village of Hammond Animal Control Officer appointment to: Rob Larkins. Village President John Drummond then requested a special meeting to be held on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. This is to discuss a Hammond Block Party to be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on 1st Street in Downtown Hammond. Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:44 p.m. by Lauren Molby, seconded by Kelsey Wells. Roll call: All in favor. Acting Secretary Kim Gee
