AGENDA AMENDED Special Joint Meeting/Hearing City of Hudson and Town of Troy 6:00 PM - Tuesday, July 14, 2026, Hudson Fire Department: Training Room 2121 Ward Avenue Hudson, WI 54016 NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT The Joint Public Hearing scheduled for July 14, 2026, between the City of Hudson’s Common Council and the Town of Troy’s Board of Supervisors is postponed and will be rescheduled to a later date. When the new meeting date is established, the Public Hearing will be posted and published in accordance with law. Public comments will only be taken during the Public Hearing. 1 CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 1.1. Town Chair calls Town Board to Order. 1.2. Mayor calls the City Council to Order 2. CLERKS' ROLL CALL 2.1 Town Clerk Roll Call 2.2 City Clerk Roll Call. 3. BOARD AND COUNCIL TO ELECT A JOINT CHAIR 3.1. Town Chair to call for Nominations for a Joint Chair to run the meeting. 4. Public Comments from Citizens Present: All persons speaking during the public comment session must fill out a public comment form and will be called up to the microphone based on the completion of a public comment form. At the microphone the Public must state their name clearly and what community they are from. Comments are limited to five (5) minutes. An exception to the five (5) minute limits may be made at the discretion of the Chair. The Chair may place time limits on individual comments as he or she deems necessary. 5.
