Town Chair calls Town Board to Order. 1.2. Mayor calls the City Council to Order 2. CLERKS' ROLL CALL 2.1 Town Clerk Roll Call 2.2 City Clerk Roll Call. 3. BOARD AND COUNCIL TO ELECT A JOINT CHAIR 3.1. Town Chair to call for Nominations for a Joint Chair to run the meeting. 4. PUBLIC HEARING 4.1. Public Hearing: Cooperative Boundary Plan Town of Troy and City of Hudson a. Town of Troy Presentation b. City of Hudson Presentation 4.2. Public Comments from Citizens Present: All persons speaking during the public comment session must fill out a public comment form and will be called up to the microphone based on the completion of a public comment form. At the microphone the Public must state their name clearly and what community they are from. Comments are limited to five (5) minutes. An exception to the five (5) minute limits may be made at the discretion of the Chair. The Chair may place time limits on individual comments as he or she deems necessary. 5.
