Town of Troy 654 N Glover Rd Hudson WI 54016 A SPECIAL TOWN BAORD MEETING was held in person and online on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026. Attendance: Town Chairperson Doug Rowen. Town Supervisors Lowell Enerson, Alicia Schneider, Rob Brown (via Teams). Town Administrator David Carlson. Town Clerk/Treasurer April Fredrick. Absent: Dan Pearson Chairperson Rowen called the meeting to order at 3:30pm. Discuss and consider Resolution 2026-10 ratifying Resolution No. 2026-07 Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of $5,930,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes Series 2026A: The resolution was confirmed to adhere to Open Meeting Law requirements. Supervisor Schneider moved to approve Resolution 2026-10 Ratifying Resolution No. 2026-07 Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of $5,930,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes Series 2026A. Supervisor Enerson seconded. Roll Call: Rob Brown – Yes. Doug Rowen – Yes. Lowell Enerson – Yes. Alicia Schneider – Yes. Motion Carried. Supervisor Schneider moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:35pm.
