MINUTES PUBLIC HEARING: CAMPGROUND CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2026 - 6:00 P.M. STAR PRAIRIE TOWN HALL 2118 COOK DRIVE SOMERSET, WIS. The Public Hearing was called to order by Tom Heintz at 6:05 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present: Tom Heintz, Darryl Wendt, Brian Duggan, Bob Crotty and Town Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Neumann. Michele Hermansen was absent. Residents asked questions regarding the conditional use permit and the campground map. Motion M/S by Darryl Wendt/Brian Duggan to adjourn the public hearing. The Special Meeting was called to order by Tom Heintz at 6:14 p.m. in the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset, WI 54025. Present: Tom Heintz, Darryl Wendt, Brian Duggan, Bob Crotty and Town Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Neumann. Michele Hermansen was absent. Agenda : Motion M/S by Brian Duggan/Bob Crotty to approve the agenda, as submitted. Motion carried. Consideration of Alice Inc.’s Application to Amend its Conditional Use Permit : Motion M/S by Brian Duggan/Darryl Wendt to recommend for approval Alice Inc.’s conditional use application for the campground operated by St. Croix Valley Sports Club, Inc.
