Unsealing of Bids Submitted for the Constructionof a Post Frame Storage Building: First bidis fromChadJohnsonof Chad Johnson Construction out of Hudson, Wis. for a total of $147,306.00. Price does not include overhead/garage doors. Second bid is from Curt Miers with Walters Buildings for a total of $78,500.00. Walters’ estimate for overhead/garagedoorsis$16,412.00. Consideration and/or Award of Construction Bid: Board reviewed bid packets. Motion M/S by Michele Hermansen/Darryl Wendt to accept the bid fromWalters Buildings.
