Present were Tom Heintz, Michele Hermansen, Darryl Wendt, Bob Crotty and Andrea Neumann,Clerk/Treasurer. BrianDugganjoinedbyphone. MikeandJulieNutzmannwerealsoinattendance. Snow Plowing Contract: While reviewing supporting documents for the snowplowing contract, there were indications of abreachof contract by Mike Nutzmann. The Boardexpressedconcerns withexecutionof the contract inregardstoinsurancecoverage and liability. Motion M/S by Michele Hermansen/Darryl Wendt to terminate the contract with Mike Nutzmann.Boarddiscussedmodifying futurecontractstobesingle-yearcontractsinsteadofmulti-year. Boarddiscussedthepossibilityofhaving the snowplowing contract be put out for bid. Ina roll call vote, Michele Hermansenvotedyes, BobCrottyvotedyes,Darryl Wendtvotedyes, BrianDugganvotedyesandTomHeintzvotedyes. Motioncarried. Town Maintenance Building: Board will reviewbids at a Special Meeting of the TownBoardimmediately following the 5:00p.m. Special MeetingoftheElectors. Roads &Maintenance: Countyispatrollingroadsandworkingonpatching. Thereisaculvertwashedout/disintegratedonOldMill Roadandthe County will replace it. Tomcoordinatedanagreement withthe City of NewRichmondtoaccesstheCity’sCompostsite. Clerktocommunicatetheprocessanddistributeaccesscardsoncethey’reprintedanddeliveredbytheCity.
