CITY OF GILLETT UTILITY COMMITTEE MEETING January 27, 2015 Alderperson Mohr called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Present were Alderpersons Nanette Mohr, Marilyn Mueller, Terry Nelson, Deb Erickson and Marie Blaser, committee member Ruth Spang and Louie Danielson, Utility Department Head Ron Anderson, Mayor Irene Drake, and Office Assistant Chelsea Henkel. Roll was taken and the open meeting law had been complied with. Public Input: None Motion by Spang, second by Danielson to approve the November 18, 2014 minutes, motion carried. Motion by Nelson, second by Spang to approve the Utility Financial Statement, motion carried. Motion by Danielson, second by Spang to put out on bids for the roof replacement on reservoir #2 with the concrete being a separate line item, motion carried. There was no asbestos in the roof materials. Motion by Mueller, second by Danielson to approve the Utility portion of the Highway 22 Project and send onto council, motion carried. Motion by Nelson, second by Danielson to go ahead with the short term borrowing and get a loan at Peshtigo National Bank for $30,000 dollars being a 3 year note at 2.9%, motion carried on a roll call vote.
