Roll Call This public meeting is in compliance with all Open Meeting Laws. Present: Alderpersons Rick Raatz, Tod Anderson, and Marilyn Mueller Alderperson Ron Anderson, Mayor William Pecha, and Clerk Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher PUBLIC INPUT: Mayor Pecha informed the committee that our tax levy can be raised without a referendum for financing capital projects. 1. Approval of agenda as presented MOTION: T. Anderson/Mueller Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 2. Approval of Minutes of January 23, 2017 MOTION: T. Anderson/Mueller Motion to approve the minutes from January 23, 2017 Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 3. Discussion and possible action on Packerland Broadband Fax Lines Upgrade MOTION: T. Anderson/Mueller Motion to approve Packerland Broadband to take care of fax line upgrade. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED Flex Technologies cannot port fax lines. 4. Discussion and possible action on Public Works and Utility Hours MOTION: Mueller/T. Anderson Motion to approve Public Works and Utilities hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day of Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED Public Works and Utility hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day that was already approved by Public Works and Utility committees. 5. Discussion and possible action on amendments to city employee manual-Leave Lay. MOTION: Raatz/T. Anderson Motion to leave lay. Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 6. Discussion and possible action on finalizing job descriptions-Leave Lay. Clerk and/or Deputy Clerk to provide Chairperson Raatz the Department Head job descriptions for Public Works and Utility positions. To finalize Department Head job descriptions to be placed on Public Works and Utility committee’s agenda for next month and then bring back to Finance committee.
