CITY OF GILLETT PUBLIC WORKS AND UTILITY COMMITTEE Council Chambers – Municipal Building 150 N McKenzie Ave – Gillett, WI 54124 MONDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2018, 2018 FOLLOWING UTILITY COMMITTEE MINUTES Committee may deviate from the agenda as needed Chairperson Drake called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Roll Call Present: Alderperson Irene Drake, Sandra Hubbard, Marie Blaser, Mayor James Beaton, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Henkel. Public committee members Ruth Spang and Louie Danielson, Utility Operator Ron Anderson, Public Works Foreman Shane Rank, Alderpersons Matthew Stroik and Nanette Mohr. Open Meeting Law has been complied with. Public Input –None. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and possible action on approval of minutes from October 25, 2018 MOTION: Drake/Mohr Motion to approve the minutes from October 25, 2018 Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and possible action on approval of pay requests and construction bills MOTION: Drake/Mohr Motion to approve the pay request for $186,043.62 for public works portion to Degroot Construction. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED MOTION: Mohr/Drake Motion to approve the pay request for $10,510.39 for public works portion to Ayres. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 3. Discussion and possible action on Ayres Bill- No Action Taken 4. Discussion and possible action on Lynch Bill- No Action Taken 5. Set Next Meeting Date- To Be Determined 6. Adjournment at 5:35 PM.
