CITY OF GILLETT CDA & T&M COMMITTEE MEETING August 26, 2015 CDA & T&M Minutes Chairperson Nanette Mohr called the meeting to order immediately following the Planning Meeting. Present were CDA committee members Marilyn Mueller, Nanette Mohr, Josh McCarthy, Jerry Luther, and Keri Hicks. Also present were Mayor Irene Drake and Clerk Beth Rank. Roll was taken and the open meeting law had been complied with. Public Input: Luther asked that someone contact the campgrounds to the North and let them know Nicolet Trail Campground has openings for Labor Day weekend. Mohr asked that it be put on the website. Drake will call OCEDC. Drake read the resignation letter from Terry Nelson, Nelson will be off of T&M effective immediately. Discussion was had on Block Grant Loan 101. B&G Associates are in charge of the loan. Motion by Hicks, second by Mueller to give Loan 101 the funding available but to leave $5,000 in the reserve of the Project Fund balance, motion carried on a roll call vote with Luther voting no.
