Roll Call Present: Chairman Jake Steldt, Alderperson and Acting Mayor Nanette Mohr, Alderperson Josh McCarthy, Member Keri Hicks, Marie Blaser, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Henkel, Public Works Foreman Shane Rank. Laurie Wold was absent. Public James Beaton. Clerk informs the Roll has been taken and that the Open Meeting Law has been complied with. OPPORTUNITY FOR CITIZENS TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION: None AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and Possible action on November 15, 2018 Minutes MOTION: Mohr/McCarthy Motion to approve the November 15, 2018 minutes Voice Vote: All Ayes - MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Review of Budget- Looked over budget expenses and revenue. 3. Discussion and Possible action on Trail Sponsor Sign- Call new businesses in Gillett to see if they would be interested in being on the trail two trail signs, and then contact Hertee’s Custom Printing to update the signs. 4. Discussion and Possible action on Trail Map- Leave Lay. Put on next month agenda. 5. Discussion and Possible action on invoice for Discovery Guide- Leave Lay. Put on next month agenda. 6. Discussion and Possible action on Advertising – MOTION: Hicks/McCarthy Motion to discontinue the Search Engine Authorization SEO payment for 2018. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes - MOTION CARRIED 7. Set Next Meeting Date: March 21, 2018 immediately following Community Development Authority. 8. Adjourn at 6:00 PM. MOTION: McCarthy/Mohr Motion to Adjourn.
