Chestnut Avenue - Oconto Falls, WI 54154 TUESDAY, MARCH 26, 2019 – 6:00 PM MINUTES Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Brad Rice Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Present: Mayor Brad Rice, Aldermen: Kevin Rusch, Jay Kostreva, Devin Wirtz, Marty Coopman, Mathew McDermid, and Tim Holman Also present: Deputy Clerk Nancy Brye Excused: Administrator Vicki Roberts and City Attorney Larry Jeske Others: Samantha Doney DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: A. Council may go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats 19.85 (e) to deliberate the purchasing of public properties and the investing of public funds when for bargaining reasons a closed session is required. MOTION: Rusch / Wirtz Motion to go into closed session at 6:02 pm pursuant to Wis. Stats 19.85 (e) to deliberate the purchasing of public properties and the investing of public funds when for bargaining reasons a closed session is required. Voice Vote: All present voting aye - MOTION CARRIED All remained in closed session except Samantha Doney. B. Council will return to open session and may take action on matters discussed in closed session. MOTION: Rusch / McDermid Motion to return to open session at 6:56 pm and may take action on matters discussed in closed session.
