State Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that the property & equipment committee of the Village of Suring will be meeting at SURING MUNICIPAL BUILDING, LEARNING CENTER ROOM II, 604 E. Main Street, Suring, WI on the date above noted. Persons requiring special accommodations should call (920) 842- 2333 at least 24 hours before this meeting. Approve Agenda / Open Meeting Notice Statement 3. Public Input – Limit of 5 minutes/Persons attending meeting can give input on any village matter, whether on agenda or not. Public will only be allowed to speak at this time during the meeting, unless they are specifically on the agenda. 4. Discussion and possible action on Bellin Clinic on Manor Drive 5. CLOSED SESSION: Motion to convene in closed session on the following matters: State Statute 19.85(1)(e) – Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
