MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, JANUARY 26, 2026 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 8:48 AM. Roll Call: Kohlwey, Kramp and Steffeck . Also present: Trustees Nieling and Schuettpelz, Clerk- Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter, Police Chief Danny Woodke. 2. Agenda: Motion to approve agenda made by Kramp and second by Kohlwey. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Deputy Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Discussion and possible action on Mobile Home Park License – no action taken. Committee instructed clerk to send violations to the mobile home park owner. 5. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations (notices issued) – Committee reviewed the previous notice list and instructed Police Chief to issue citations for noncompliance. 6. Discussion and possible action on Village ordinance violations – additional properties added to the watch list. 7. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD.
